At Plank+Beam, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it back into its original manufacturer packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping labels to your boxes and schedule a carrier pickup or drop them off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus applicable fees.
